Climb
The Climb method

Skills only emerge when they are needed.
We create the moment they are needed.

Every challenge is designed based on cognitive psychology and neuroscience to train and measure skills at the moment they manifest: under pressure, in uncertain situations, in front of someone to convince.

01
Open learning

Complex skills are developed through direct experience, reflection, and feedback: this is the principle of experiential learning. In Climb, no one listens to a lecture. You step into a situation, act freely, and see what happens and what works.

02
Out of context, only on the surface

Skills transfer to work if they are learned in a context functionally analogous to the real one. The scenario doesn't need to look like an office: it needs the same decision-making structures, constraints, and cognitive load. We call it functional isomorphism.

03
Under pressure, you see who you really are

Stress and cognitive load change how we make decisions. Climb's challenges replicate this pressure in a controlled environment. That's where behaviors emerge and become observable.

How a challenge works

There is no right answer to find.
There is a goal to reach, and infinite ways to achieve it, or miss it.

01
Enter the scenario

Explore and dialogue freely with AI-powered characters.

02
Every message counts

Responses are analyzed to highlight how you put skills into practice.

03
The challenge reacts

If communication works, the challenge progresses. If not, it ends without a successful outcome. No problem: a new challenge is already waiting. Another chance to change approach and try again.

04
Receive a checkpoint

Receive a detailed analysis outlining strengths, development areas, and guidance for growth.

We measure what matters to you

Every assessment has proof.

Real words
Every message is analyzed. No choosing between predefined options: the words written by the player are what count.
Behaviors, not answers
Evaluation is cumulative: a good message can be luck, a repeated behavior is not.
Readable evidence
Every assessment is linked to the phrases actually spoken.
The result is actionable
Strengths, development areas, and actionable guidance on how to progress—for both learners and trainers.
One method, many skills

Persuasion is the first application.

Our first course trains persuasion to help sales teams improve their selling capabilities. The same method applies to other skills that emerge in interactions. From persuasion to English: with AndySays, we applied the same method to a new skill. Students use grammar to move a conversation forward.
